New Deaf Camp United Kingdom Blog!

Welcome to our new website/ blog!

We have changed to using a blog so we can provide more information for YOU, in an interesting and interactive way. You can come back to this website by using www.deafcamp.org.uk.

New additions are the ability to download forms and other information from our DCUK Downloads box to the right and a DCUK Calender where you can check dates of our events (scroll down to find them!).

You can also re-visit your camp week as we have archive information and photographs! Feel free to comment about anything to do with Deaf Camp - remember, comments will be checked so no rude or offensive words!

Photos are hosted using Picasa so any pictures you click on will take you to that website.

We look forward to seeing you on our projects!

Dates for Deaf Camp 2009

Deaf Camp UK is working in partnership with the National Deaf Children's Society (NDCS) for 2009 to deliver a Deaf Children's Camp Week in August.

The Deaf Children's Camp Week will be for deaf children aged 8 to 12, and will run from 3rd to 8th August 2009 at Walesby Forest Scout Camp in Nottinghamshire. See our posters below for camper, and staff information!

You can download posters from our downloads box to the right. Application forms will be available in the new year.

We are currently looking for funding for our second week, for deaf 13 to 15 year olds and we will advertise once things are confirmed. Watch this space!
